Our History

Our firm began in 2007 as a small business consulting firm offering Company Incorporation, Business Registration, and Visa Processing services to local and foreign companies that intend to set-up and do business in the Philippines.

Over the years, we have diversified our services to include Recruitment and Executive Search, HR Consulting, FDA Registration, Accounting, and Payroll Processing to provide a one-stop shop service to the large number of clients we serve today.

She works closely with clients to ensure that they achieve their manpower goals by providing qualified candidates through targeted selection and headhunting. She has acquired an impressive track record in the talent acquisition industry and is now heading her own team of consultants.

Emmanuel Merida, Jr.

Managing Consultant – Recruitment
Emmanuel Merida, Jr. started his career working for an HR Consulting company as a Management Trainee where he developed and acquired his exposure to different facets of Human Capital Management, particularly Recruitment and Account Management. He supported a team of recruiters upon moving to K&C as a Managing Consultant and is now actively training new breeds of recruitment consultants in the company. He has tremendously increased the number of manpower within the division to support the increasing demands of our clients.

Paul Joshua Alay oversees K&C’s HR Consulting and Payroll Processing business operations. His exposure to different levels of decision-making and HR operations throughout his years of practice in the HR industry has helped him gather and compare best practices in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Retention, Organizational Development, Salary Structure, Total Rewards Management, and HR Operations. Paul has worked for multinational corporations as well as local organizations of varied corporate sizes for the last 10 years.
