Emmanuel Merida, Jr. started his career working for an HR Consulting company as a Management Trainee where he developed and acquired his exposure to different facets of Human Capital Management, particularly Recruitment and Account Management. He supported a team of recruiters upon moving to K&C as a Managing Consultant and is now actively training new breeds of recruitment consultants in the company.
